What is a sticker machine?
It is a vending machine, like the old-fashioned candy machines, but filled with stickers designed for your event: your names, your date, your portraits, your venue, your inside jokes. Guests drop in a token, turn the crank and leave with a keepsake to stick on their phone, laptop or water bottle. It is both an activity and a guest favor.
How does the machine work on the day?
- No power outlet needed: the machine runs without electricity, so it can go anywhere, even outdoors.
- About 1.50 m tall: it is visible from afar and naturally draws guests in, at the cocktail hour or the party.
- Tokens for every guest: no coins needed, I provide the tokens.
- I handle everything: I design the stickers, set up the machine, provide technical support and pick it up after the event.
How much does it cost to rent a sticker machine?
The full service starts at €200. The final price is set by quote, based on four factors:

Plan 2 to 4 stickers per guest. Children and the most playful guests often come back to the machine several times.

What designs to put on the stickers?
I design every sticker to order, in a 5 cm format. The most popular ideas: illustrated portraits of you, your names and date, your venue, your pet, a nod to your story or your honeymoon. The more different designs you choose, the more your guests want to "collect" them, but each added design raises the price.

When to book the sticker machine?
I only have one machine, and wedding weekends book up fast. To give yourself the best chance it is free on your date, ideally book 6 months ahead. For a closer date, write to me anyway: I'll tell you right away if it is available.
For which events?
Weddings (cocktail hour or party), bachelorette parties, baby showers, birthdays, family celebrations, seminars and corporate events. For a company, the stickers can feature your logo and brand style.
