Shipping policy

I make every order by hand in my workshop and ship it myself. Here's how production and delivery of your Memerle creations work.

1. Production times

For personalized creations, I first send you a digital proof within 24 to 48 hours. Once you approve it, production takes 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For a wedding or a big event, I recommend ordering about 8 weeks in advance.

2. Shipping and delivery times

Your order ships within 1 to 2 business days after production. Then allow:

  • France: 3 to 10 days
  • International: 5 to 20 days depending on the destination

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and the time of year.

3. Shipping rates

One flat rate per order, whatever the number of items:

  • France: €6.90
  • European Union: €10.90
  • Switzerland: €12.90
  • United States: €14.90
  • United Kingdom: €19.90
  • Rest of the world: €19.90

The exact amount is shown at checkout.

4. Digital files

Printable products (activity booklet, tags…) are emailed to you within 24 hours of your order. There is no shipping fee for them.

5. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.

6. Delivery issues

  • Damaged or lost parcel: email me within 10 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date), with photos if the parcel is damaged. I'll find a solution with you: replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address: please check your address carefully when ordering. I cannot be held responsible for a delay or failed delivery due to an incorrect address.

7. Shipping outside the European Union

For orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States…), customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are set by local authorities, are paid by the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
